ADSL Line off since Saturday, 12 Janauary 2013

We have had a fualt on our telkom adsl line since Saturday, 12 Janauary 2013. We reported the fualt with them around the 14th. We have been calling regularly since then to try and get an update on the repair. They have still not even given any indication on WHAT the fault is and how it is being addressed. This is now costing potential lost business.
Every time we contact Telkom about this matter, a machine responds with "we are working on the problem". Some of the listed call center numbers are disabled. Can anybody give us clarity on what the problem is, and the status of repair?
