Still no delivery on promises to close account

Well, they did not contact me, neither is the account closed. I contacted them this morning and they said they will close the account immediately. As of writing this report, the account is still open contrary to their promise this morning.

Meanwhile I have all the written proofs of their complete and total failure to date. I wonder what their next excuse is going to be. Lets see.
