Excellent service

This is a complaint and a compliment. Have been to Cell C at Brooklyn 4 times for the new Galaxy 4 deal. Utter incompetence, and vowed never to set foot in the store again. Almost as if the people there have never received a day of training. Every person gives a different message for simple questions.

Anyway, decided to give the Menlyn branch a try this morning. And what a pleasure. Olivia (I think) was very professional, friendly and pretty much new everything she was supposed to. Signing up no problem at all. Well done Olivia.

Hopefully Cell C service levels reflect the second experience!
