My son who is a medical doctor can not make any outgoing calls or receive calls. I was on the phone for one and a half hours this morning to Cell C and I never got one person to assist me. I went into the Brooklyn store and was told the manager would phone me back, he has never done so. What is one supposed to do, he is paying for a service that does not work???
