I placed an order at late notice and when I emailed the help center to find out if they can get it to me faster, Olivia replied within a few hours and had investigated the order. Although they could not deliver the parcel to me sooner, Olivia gave me a valid reason for this and she was extremely willing to change the delivery address with no hassles. The excellent personal service really makes me WANT to continue shopping at Yuppiechef!!!
