Excellent customer service from Shafeera/Reyaan

I have great pleasure in writing this compliment for two employees - Shafeera and Reyaan - based at the Blue Route Mall and Waterfront branches, respectively. Three weeks ago, my fianc? and I decided to take out new cell contracts with Cell-C, and after some calling around we decide to go through the Waterfront branch, which seemed to be the most helpful and efficient. Due to extremely high demand for the Samsung Galaxy S4, we were unable to get the devices immediately, but Shafeera ensured that I was constantly kept abreast of the date when we were expected to receive ours. Upon arrival at the store, we were given a very thorough run-down of the phones and were afforded as much time in-store to ask questions and familiarize ourselves with our new phones (which included unlimited usage of the branch's Wi-Fi to download any apps we wanted before leaving). Subsequently, I had a problem porting my number from Vodacom to the Cell-C network, which Shafeera resolved within days. This was truly the best experience I've had with any service provider and would recommend both employees for any of your cell requirements. They deserve to be commended for their high level of customer service.
