MTN over charge

This doesn't seem to be an isolated complaint but I'm sure everyone who has taken out a Laptop contract through MTN is now regretting it. After going through a nightmare to get the laptop, returning it and waiting for a replacement, I am now even more frustrated as I am supposed to be paying R500pm but I have now paid as follows:

Month 1 - R511
Month 2 - R670
Month 3 - R1060

I initially left it as I just thought it was typical MTN extra charge but now it's just getting ridiculous.

Now with a cellphone contact ready for upgrade I just can't convince myself to stay with MTN anymore.

Will someone from MTN please contact me and explain. I would like to sort this out and I can't bear going down to one of your stores at month end.

It's now unfortunate that when we think of MTN as a whole you place along with companies like Enron, Arthur Anderson and other infamous companies. Although I feel that MTN has 'skrewed' more people than any of the above. Going through your Facebook page it is riddled with similar complaints.

This is becoming over used but MTN, this is not Ayoba.
