The only thing that I have to say for other consumers guidance and for yuppichef's feedback is that some items on the site do not reflect the product in actuality and at times I have landed up with complete rubbish... Nonetheless, Olivia has always been helpful in this regard and assisted me with returns, exchanges, contacting suppliers etc.
