I recently opened an 8ta account in which I received 10 gigs data per month and a laptop for R378. The first month I was billed R378.00, the amount that was agreed upon and the second month R578.00!!! Almost double what I had agreed to. Highly irritated I emailed 8ta and a few days later - 01/06/13 - I spoke to a consultant at the call centre who attended to my query and did so without sounding irritated or annoyed (as most call centre employees sound nowadays). Kabelo was very helpful and knowledgeable, he also explained how I may check my data balance from the 8ta site using the new HUAWEI device.

Thank you 8ta and Kabelo for your professionalism :-) something that is sadly lacking in many other service delivery and retail outlets today.

8TA ACCOUNT - 5 MONTHS AND STILL NO RESOLUTION!!!
