I am sick and tired of MTN's nonsense. For the past 6 months I have been struggling to get MTN to change my payment date from the 1st of every month to the 7th. I even out of desperate measures changed my bank info from Absa to FNB to force them to change the payment date. Every month I get a sms from MTN confirming that the needed changes have been made on their systems. And every month when deduction time comes it is a.
This month MTN have deducted R3329-00 from my account on the 1st of June (once again not on the 7th) without any permission. And I am not in arrears on this account. My monthly bill is only R1600-00. But they have the cheeck to R3329-00 from my account. THe Manager at Ladybrand has tried his level best to help me, but it seems that there is a BEE conscript or trainee at headoffice that is to stupid to do his or her work. Or maybe it is just a matter of too many tea breaks. I am going to cancel my contract because MTN have no intentions of helping their customers. Or maybe it is a matter of me being to pale. I strongly advise all pale people to use other cellphone companies.
