Change of salary payment date

My concern is i have a loan with Capitec bank so the bank have changed my salary payment date without my concern. Initially i was earning on the last day of the month.now i am earning salary on the 15th of every month as from 15 October 2013.yesterday i went to the bank with the intention to change the payment only to find out the bank has already changed the date to deduct installment on the 15th November 2013 without communicating with me and request the relevant documents from me that will indicate that my payment date has changed now this has resulted the arrears on my account. i need helo peter to intervene this matter finding out why the bank is doing things without communication with me and i cant bear the fact of arreas that i did not create intentionally. last week when i was at capitec bank i inform the consultant Mpho about the salary payment date she informed me that to change the payment date i need to come with a copy of my payslip to show the evidence of which i did yesterday only to find that the change has been initiated without my knowledge. It means everybody at capitec bank can change my information on their system without my concern. t
