No Communication at all from consultant!!!

17 April 2013 myself and husband went to Canal Walk to upgrade from Blackberries to Samsungs S3 mini's. The consultant by the name of Wayne Keyser the most unhelpful guy ive ever came accross. He basically didnt explain nothing whatsoever with regards to the new handsets, how data works (as we new to this), what to do when switching on the phones, how to set up email etc. Then ive made my last payment for the Blackberries with him at that moment. WHAT IM VERY UPSET ABOUT IS THAT HE DIDNT EVEN MENTION THAT THERE WILL BE A UPGRADE FEE TO PAY? THIS MORNING R620.36 WAS DEBITED FROM MY ACC AND NOT R420 LIKE HE SAID IT WOULD BE. I WANT MY MONEY BACK AS THIS IS EXTREMELY INCONVENIENCING ME!!! IF HE TOLD ME I COULD HAVE MADE THE PAYMENT THAT SAME NIGHT!!! EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED
