RIDICULOUS!!

I changed my bank and when I got home I got a message Vodacoms debit order was returned due to insufficient funds, but more then I would usually pay so I phoned immediately wanting to know what's the deal with that. Then the lady tells me its because I paid late - so a R100 was charged. This is freaken ridiculous. And I definitely will not renew my contract.
