Eing charged ridiculous amounts

Ever since I have opened up my business account wud std bank I am having problems, firstly I get charged for overdraft fees when I dnt have an over draft, this has been happening ever since I openned the account and Kevin de Kock from complaints promised to refund those fees but to date has not. I recently had a debit order for R9.00 dat returned but the next day there were funds and it went off, the bank should at least wait to see if it goes through before charge me a R115.00 returned fee for a R9.00 debit order, other banks do that eg FNB.I am also experiencing problems were my swipes and withdrawals shows on days that I have never used the card, It either shows earlier or later on my statement will is confusing to me and my accountant. I need this resolved, I need a refund for both those over draft fees and returned debit which I think is absolutely ridiculous to charge a client so soon and only for R9.00, Please get someone who can assist me and not someone like Kevin De Kock, he is absolutely useless and does not respond to emails ect.
