Number cancelled again despite assurances

On 19 January 2012 you cancelled the number we had installed in our complex gate GSM controller. First I was told by someone at your organisation that we should make a call from this number regularly, and I explained that this was not possible as the thing is INSTALLED INSIDE AN ELECTRIC GATE MOTOR as part of a remote opening device - the supplier of the device recommended we rather use Vodacom as Vodacom seems to understand that taking a sim card out of an installed device is not possible and would cost us every time to call the gate repair technician. since we RICA'd the number it is ours too. It does not make calls - it receives calls and sends a code to the PC board of the gate motor to open it. It receives a number of calls every day - so how you could imagine it isn't in use is also beyond me. I was assured by Somayya Akhalwaya [ CIM ] that she had actioned this and it would not happen again, I have this on email. Now you have cancelled this number again!!! Kindly fix this and stop making this mistake. Or advise us that we should rather use Vodacom. DO NOT call me on that number I have put in the mobile phone field, as it is installed inside our electric gate.
