Lack of Service and responsibility

A new automated gate motor and rack was installed. After installation and Payment the New Rack that was installed on the gate has not been painted to prevent rust and is now rusting and the Gate motor has been mounted directly on the ground, so now when it rains water runs into the gate motor. The Company refuses to rectify these oversights and tardy installation procedures
