On the 31/05/13 i was hijacked they took my belongings including my cellphone that was on contract. I contacted MTN immediately with the hope that my phone should be blocked, i spoke to a lady called Thando this was around past 7 in the evening who showed no symphathy or any emotion. she insisted that she wanted my number but due to the shock i could not remember my number she ended up dropping my call spoke to several other agents that same evening with no luck, i ended up with my phone not been blocked. the next day i tried again i managed to speak to another lady who did eventually block my phone days later i realised that the phone was never blacklisted even though i did advise what happened to the phone. eventually when i got my phone blacklisted i enquired bout the insurance that i requested in November or December last year already only to be told this was never done, the lady i spoke to said they would escalate this matter to a supervisor up until today i have had no feedback its been 3 weeks now. I am so disappointed in the experience i had to go to and i m tired of calling the call centre because i receive no assistance from anyone. The service is pathetic.
