Still waiting... for nothing

I have reference number 2160803 and still waiting on a call from somebody about my TV.Why can't you supply me with the Waybill number and all the reference numbers i need plus a contact number. Why does MTN have deals when they don't have any stock. Im moving soon and is scared that they will deliver my TV to people i do not know. Will it in any way be possible for my TV to be delivered to my mum as she is always at home. Why is it when you go to MTN Promenade (Mitchells Plain) you don't have this issue but the other places just leaves a person wondering. Can i either receive a call today or an email for arrangements being made. I need my TV as im paying for a licence im not using as there is no set in my house. I want answers ASAP. Or should i keep on complaining. Just send me my TV... problem solved
