On the 08 June 2013 I went to Game Mitchell's Plain (Promenade) to buy two sets of laundry baskets (L&S) price R99.99
The store was out of stock, I went to the information desk and requested a "service call" (they call me when they have stock) I received the call on Tuesday. Today 27.06.2013 at 17:12 I went but don't have my receipt anymore. I first went to the lady that works in that aisle, was told I must have the proof. Went to the Info desk and explain my story. Was told that they need that reference in order to proceed with purchase. I ask if they can't still check on their system she said no must have a ref. Left the store, came home and contacted Game Canal Walk, I ask if it's possible to check for that ref number. Answer was yes. I then contacted Game Promenade I ask the operator for Information desk. A lady took my call at 17:57, I asked her if it's possible to get my ref number. She ask my surname and check on their system and she gave me my reference number.
The inconvenient it is to me. To be send away knowing I could have being assisted with my request.
Tomorrow is month end and the store will be pack the time I get there. Energy, petrol and time completely wasted.
