I am still waiting... waiting for what?

I has been months now and i still do not have my TV. I keep on getting the reply from MTN saying... blah blah... but i don't see anything done about it. I went to the store and apparently the regional manager was supposed to have given me a call... But still nothing. I want action not empty promises. Up until today i get no feedback no phone call no email..To think that i am a paying client and this is the service i receive. Why not give me a voucher with the retail value of the TV and i can go get my own TV.What is the hold up. The call centre refers me to Bright point and they in turn what reference numbers from me that the MTN store can't provide. I have 3 reference numbers where the last is 2226367 and 2160803. When is this nightmare MTN created due to no stock going to end. In the mean while i PAID IN FULL FOR TV LICENCE AND I DON'T EVEN HAVE A SET... How ironic. I want answer and not the BS you reply to to whole world to see but then you don't have the decency to give me a call.
