Went to their store with my wife to get anew cell phone with my wifes details... creidt vat system was off line and they were to do it the next day and call me to inform me if it was succesful..NO ONE CALLED..i went to the store again they apologised and done the vatting contract approved and they called me to come in and pick up the handset i told them im busy at the office will come in the next day now i just went there and they tell me wife must come pick it up?!?!??! why did the consultant tell me all i need to bring is wifes id and proof of res??? i had to drive during work for nothing someone must do somthing about such bad service its anew contarct and alraedy im having problems i wonder what the next 24months are going to be like... now i must drive to soweto and back to melrose to pick up the phone not fair on me its petrol that i use to drive around should of done this online with another service provider may be id actually get service
