Finally we got assistance

I would like to thank the excellent service, we received from Nadiem who works at the complaints department on the 30-12-2013 after we were given the run around by the assistant store manager Itumeleng & Sello the store manager after we bought a pool from them for R399 and we were advised it comes with a pump but it wasn't, we drove to & back expecting to get it, until we complained to Nadiem late on the 30-12-2013 the gentlemen was so good he listened attentively & he put himself in our shoes, promised to get back to us tomorrow & will get someone
to call us, on 31-12-2013 around 9:30 am a lady by the name of Lorraine called me from Pick n Pay customer care,
she apologised for the mess done by her collegues, she was supposed to drive to Soweto to return the money for the pump we bought at game, unfortunately she had car problems but she called and padvised she will send somebody over fortunately the gentleman is familiar with Soweto he came and refunded the money for the pump we bought, Lorraine & Nadiem you the best thank you so much for the help you gave us You'll go far with the care you have for your customers, please do to others as you did for us.
