Whats happened to Service?

Wanted to shift from Vodacom to Cell C because I was told that its "Better"... Totally disagree, Customer service just does not exist anymore. I had to follow up on progress on a Possible new contract with Cell C, I was constantly told that Matshidiso would get back to me. I was simply not allowed to talk to a supervisor nor manager of the department. Sorry I questioned you Vodacom. I look forward to renewing my contract with you.
