THROTTLING OF DATA

I received a SMS regarding my "EXESSIVE DATA" usage, however I have never received prior communication regarding this matter. I want to know who decides fair usage as my fair and another persons fair may be worlds apart.

when I phone the contact centre they do not explain they just mention T's and C's.

I had taken out two Blackberry contracts last year November and I was told that even if BIS does go bankrupt we will only lose BIS after my two year contract.

I feel like cancelling all my contract with Cell C!

I think this is disgusting and needs urgent attention!!!
