Over charging for Consultants not doing their job

I opened two 2gig R99 Contracts with Cell C three months ago. I requested that both contracts be capped with a R1 in case I go over my subscription amount. The consult told me that she have to call head office to put this capping on the contract. When I asked her why she only capped the one she told me that she must call again to cap the other which she did. In my May 2013 statement I've noticed that my account was R591.09 instead of R98.99. I called Cell C only to be told that I only capped the one contract. I told them that it is impossible as I was in the shop when the consultant called the head office to cap both contracts. Before I left the shop my husband asked the consultant if everything was in order with the capping and she confirmed that both was capped. I believe the consultant who assisted me should pay for this. I want my money to be reimbursed.
