NO FEEDBACK AND INCORRECT BILLING

On the 30/06/2013 an amount of R769 went off from my account. I have a contract for R199.00 and receive 200mb data per month. I have gone to query this at the Cell C branch in Canal Walk, they told me that my account was not capped. I then capped it. I have requested on inception of this contract that it be capped, but I remember when using the data card previously, when the data was up, I could not access the internet, so I could not understand what was happening. I sent a query via email to customer services two weeks ago, on 31/07/2013 I called them and they said that someone would get back to me on that very day, which did not happen and I am still waiting. I was given a reference number #3071902545. The bill I received cannot be as it states that most of the data was used on a week day at 9 in the morning, I confirmed with my daughters school that she was not been absent that day & there is no-one else who uses this card, I was at work where I work on a network. This card has not been used since 1st July again and this month I received a bill of R269.08. This is a seroius matter which Cell C is taking very lightly. I am a single mom & cannot afford things like this to happen.
