Just want to say thank you to Marcellino for going the extra mile in making sure that I received the airtime I sent to the wrong number. I've been struggling since last week and Friday and he went the extra mile in assisting me. With no hesitation he kept me informed and made my query important. Every other agent I spoke to was very hesitant to help, and not even answering the query I enquirer about. Marcellino listened, and escalated my query and gave me good results in such a short period of time. I wish all agents could learn from him and pride themselves in the good customer experience service delivery he does :)
