I have had 2 8ta 10GB contracts for almost 2 years now, and one of them are at my house, according to 8ta store and website I have full coverage! (3G)

well if I get 20% signal its a lot, and then I cant do anything, I have had technicians at my house testing towers, there is 3 towers all around me but none of them work, the last time last year, I was informed of a new tower, and still nothing, but every month I need to pay!

I called the call centre last week again, and with no surprise, there is no update!

its pathetic, that this is the level of service we need to be happy with.

the Call centre said, he will have a manager to explain T&C's to me in regard to no signal, I told him to go have a, as according to their information I have service and want it sorted out. another 2 weeks almost now, and guys what! NOTHING!

ITS PATHETIC! for a company that is part of Telkom and has the largest Telecommunications infrastructure in our Country!
