From Bad to Worse - 5 months later

After moving into our new house in Dec 12 we can no longer get decent consistent signal on our 2 x 10gb contracts with 8ta. I get edge if I'm lucky and get kicked off very often - have to sit in 2 key areas of the house to get this precious data. Working from home this is not viable! 8ta has now sent a total of 5 technicians out to do exactly the same thing (ie tell me I have no signal)- at one stage I even got a message saying my query was resolved and that signal would improve in 5 MONTHS time! (after the network technician said he could sort it in 2 days!!). I can see a tower from my house! Apparently it has three transmitters, all of which point in a 270 degree angle away from us... I actually am so over this. Telekom can't install ADSL, & Telkom mobile can't get their signal to point our way - we live in Randpark Ridge, not outer Mongolia! I was promised a service & coverage which I am not getting, as was my partner with his contract. This cannot continue and I am so fed up with technicians coming over to tell me the same thing over and over again, with nothing being done about it - 5 months now. The last one was here on Tuesday & today and I can't log on at all! Case no 41430
