Still no refund!

A reply on my previous complaint was promising a refund but still nothing happened 2 weeks down the line. Also no assurance that my account won't be debited again at the end of February.

No stock, no service, no delivery of promises, just very bad service!

I want my money back or next I will go to the newspapers Consumer complaints section!!
