Yesterday I phoned Cell C to find out what the status is on my new cellphone delivery, I was told that it was dispatched by the courier. Today when I phoned the courier I was told that they got lost and could not deliver it and when they tried and phoned me the could not get hold of me because the call center agent took my number wrong. No I have to wait until Monday or Tuesday before delivery I think this is unacceptable. You also have my company number why did you not try and phone on that number as well. I did not get an email to make sure my details are correct so I don't think I am at fault. I work at clearwater how can you get lost when going to clearwater mall. Nobody at the courier can give me a definite date when they will dispatch it again, all i get is a maybe early next week. This is totally unacceptable.
