I ORDERED AND PAID FOR A BLACKBERRY ON TUESDAY THE 28.05.2013 AND UNTIL NOW I HAVE NOT HEARD ANYTHING FROM VODACOM AS TO WHEN I WILL RECEIVE MY PHONE. I TRIED PHONING THE CALL CENTRE AND NOBODY ACTS ON THE CALL I HAVE BEEN HOLDING ON FOR MORE THAN HALF AN HOUR WITH NO LUCK. I SENT EMAILS WITH NO RESPONSE.

I PAID FOR THE PHONE AND I WANT IT!

PLEASE GET BACK TO ME URGENTLY BEFORE I TAKE FURTHER STEPS.
