Rip off: Faulty Blackberry Z10

I took a Blackberry Z10 on upgrade
The cellphone was faulty and was changed. Then I got a new another one (second phone), also it was faulty and taken back
Now I must get another new phone (third phone).
My problem is that I had paid an IT company to set emails on the phone. and now vodacom is unable to set emails on the phone
Then vodacom must re-imburse me for that as it was the phone that was faulty (bearing in mind I have already been given two other faulty phones)
This has been a great inconvinience and rip off from vodacom
