I went to the MTN in Canal Walk near the Game store to quickly find out something about my contract. There was one client being being attended to at a stand alone desk and one client being attended to at the service bar and 2 other employees - 1 standing chatting to the client (not the one helping him) and the other was on his computer. I stood there for 5 minutes without so much as a hint of acknowledgement that someone would soon assist me and I was standing right in front of them. The one woman actually stared at me a while and then walked away in to the back room to call the cleaner for her friends that just waked in to the store. So when one of the clients finished and I was called to the consultant, I told him that I thought that the customer service was bad and he just blatantly ignored me and asked me what I wanted to know - no apologies for the bad service. This is unacceptable that consultants blatantly ignore clients and actually try their best to "not see" clients standing right in front of them. Being a client of more than 10years, this upsets me greatly.
