IWorst service ever experienced

Went to American Swiss today to purchase a bracelet and earings for my daughter. Preferably diamonds. I wandered around the store and could not find anything and was about to ask one of the assistants but low and below nobody to assist me. There was about 8 clients in te store and only one client was being served at the till. The assistants was in the back chatting behind a closed door and one was going between that closed door and her friend who was standing at one of the little counters paging through a catalogue. She carried on a very very loud conversation with this person whilst smakking her lips as if she was eating. She then proceeded to the back once while the clients were waiting to be served. As she came out she had a whole lot of bracelets on a stand in her hand and we then proceeded to the counter where she placed it. She totally ignoed me and carried on placing it in the show case. I pointed to the bracelets and asked to see them. She ignored me and carried on to serve the client who came to the counter after me. I asked to see the bracelets again and was told to wait. At this point I l left, totally disgusted. They have no respect or care whether they
