A LAY BYE WAS TAKEN OUT AT PEP EVEN WENT IN TO ASK IS IT STILL VALID AND ANSWER FROM FRONT STAFF YES UNTILL COLLECTED . WALKED INTO STORE TO COLLECT IT ONLY TO BE TOLD ALREADY BEEN TAKEN OUT OF LAYBYE AND SOLD . CLIENT SHOULD HAVE PUT ANOTHER PAYMENT HOW DOES THE CLIENT KNOW IT IF NOT TOLD TO DO SO . MANAGER OF STORE TELLS CLIENT STORE TO SMALL TO KEEP THE LAYBYES WHO'S PROBLEM NOT SURELY CLIENT PEP STORE AND STILL ANOTHER MONTH TO GO . HEADOFFICE DONT EVEN PICK UP LINES 0860 737 000 . Big companies need to up service levels instore as many of their staff dont even know the rules how can they inform their clients in turn.
