Careless about existing clients

Its been 13 days and I have not received any contact from Nashua till today, and in all for the incident of the report at the branch it has been 23 days, how disguising is this? I have been a client from 2009 and this year I am deciding to forget about Nashua and the last contract I have I can't wait for it to finish I'm so angry that you don't care about your clients, imagine will never refer any of my friends, colleagues, relatives to u, clients are treated differently and I'm so disappointed. How can you treat a client like this? I know I might not matter because you have other big clients, but now how can I spread good news about you for more clients? Seriously you don't think broad. Treating one client bad may seem small but think about word of mouth, the way I use to praise Nashua! Now I'm disgusted. Do you have to guys? Eish I'm so dissapounted, why should one client keep complaining but do not get to be attended to? How must I get help? I did send complains on your website, the brances and callcenter, but still nothing.
