At arrival there was no one to help. There is no sign to say "Office or Reception" I went in the building where I could see people sitting. The man was busy with a client, he looked up at me and went on with the conversation with the people at his desk. I went in to another office and ask one of the workers who is going to help me. The lady just replied "the sir is still busy" referring to the man sitting in the first office. After standing outside for 10 minutes and not being helped or asked by anyone if they could help me I walked out with the feeling that they don't need any more clients. I'm very glad they didn't help because if their reception to new clients is that bad, how bad will their service be. I will definitely not recommend anyone to them. Just wondering why such people are even in client service businesses ...?
