Bad Attitude

I went to the Brooklyn game on Saturday looking for a product that was advertised in the Christmas catalogue. When I asked one of the sales ladies were it is she stated I need to go and look in the toys section. I went there and couldn't find it so I walked over to the exercise section were I saw two sales respective having a conversation, when approaching them to ask, I got "the Stink eye" form both of them, not willing at all to assist when I showed them the catalogue they both told me to go to the front. Not willing at all to assist just very upset that I dare to interrupt their conversation. I went to the front were I asked for the store manager, a guy came out of the office took me back to the toy section. Were the product was not as I already looked there. Just to tell me he will go and go phone to find out if they got it, just to come back to tell me none of the stores received stock. The thing that upsets me the most is the "willingness" of the sales consultants to assist a client that wants to spend money in the store. This is not the first time I received terrible service form your store which makes me wonder if you want a client to shop there.
