My Blackberry 9320 that I have now had for 5 months on a 2 year contract started giving me problems with lines on the screen. This happend one afternoon while the phone was on charge. I handed the phone in at MTN Hatfield on the 9th of May 2013 and forms were filled in by a Chade whom clearly stated on the forms that there were no visible damage to the phone on the outside. She told me that it would take 21 working days to get my phone back. She also confirmed that the phone was under a 2 year guarantee. I received a quote of R1 800.00 to have the phone fixed on the 15th of May 2013 to which i immediately replied NO. I went in to Hatfield branch to ask when I will receive my phone back and the guy said a couple of days. He couldn't tell me what was wrong with the phone. He said it was due to physical damage and I said it was on charge and he said well mayble I "overcharged" it. I tried to phone them but none of their office numbers worked and I had to go into the branch. Surprise, purprise my phone has been lying at Hatfield for 2 weeks without any notice to me to collect since they received it back from Joburg without any PAPERWORK OR REPORT ON WHAT WAS WRONG WITH IT!!!
