Almost a month since I 1st registered my complaint

I'm still waiting on a reply to my complaint, 1st logged in swellendam with Annabelle. talked to various consultants at customer care, logged complaint here. and I am still waiting for a satisfying reply!

I have a brother working at MTN head office in Jhb, and Cell C is much cheaper than Vodacom just wondering if I should move my 4 contracts to either of them?
