I bought a phone on the 14th of Dec 2012 it started giving me problems in less than 3 weeks, then took it to totalsport in mamelodi where they adviced to take it back where i bought it, went to total sports in hatfield on the 23rd of Jan 2013 where i was escorted to vodacom to book it in. I was adviced that it will only take 7 to 14 days then they said i should come collect my phone then they gave me a wrong phone which was not working i took it back the following day then i was told about another 7 to 14 days whereby they gave me another phone which was not mine again then gave it back afterwards ive been recieving sms that my phone was still in repairs which i failed to understand. I went to vodacom and the manager gave me attitude which turned into a dispute which to me came a bad attitude and lack of respect since they are the ones at fault so i want a new or my money back
