Blackberry repairs!!!

I bought a Blackberry 9320 from Markhams for my child for christmas. She had the phone for 2 weeks which she came to me and said that no 2, 3, 9 is not working. We immediately return the phone to them for repairs. After another 2 weeks they came back and say it is "liquid damage"??? The phone does not leave my daugthers room or come close to any liquid. They suggested it was hand sweat?? I bought the phone for R2200.00 and they want me to pay R 2461.17??? I ask them for proof that it is liquid damage, they said they will email me the proof that i still did not received. I suggested because the phone is only 2 weeks old that it could be a factory fault but they refused to listen they where adement that we have damage the phone. This is unacceptable!!!
