False Promises by your contracto

A few months ago, I was approached by a young man by the name of Mikyle, who represented a company by the name of Grafitti. According to him, Grafitti was contracted to 8ta/Telkom Mobile and they were offering a free wifi installation to companies. He filled in an application form for me and informed me that the installation should take place in about two weeks. After a month or so, I contacted Mikyle on his cell phone number, 073 456 8309 to find out about the date of the installation as it was pass the time he gave me. He told me that the application was being processed and that I would be contacted. I then e-mailed Grafitti on [Email Removed] and a guy called me and told me that the wifi would be installed in the first week of May 2013 when they go live. On the 20 May 2013, i e-mailed [Email Removed] again to find out about the installation and nobody cared to respond. It is now the 29 May 2013 and I've now realised that the Grafitti gave false promises. I feel that if 8ta/Telkom Mobile wants to make it in the industry, they should take a close look at the companies like Grafitti that they choose as contractors because they don't deal properly with clients!!
