Disgusting Service yet again!!!

I submitted my complaint on Hellopeter a few months ago about Telkom Mobile and their contracting company (Grafitti) who sent a consultant to my business about installing free wifi and FAILED to deliver. Today, i received an sms from Telkom Mobile about me enjoying the "Free WIFI" experience and i don't even have it. They never did get back to me regarding their "investigations" as promised and now i get an sms about enjoying the service. I think you guys need to wake up and check out your information before sending sms's about a service that you can't even supply. Totally disgusted at this service!!!
