At the beginning of April 2013 I realised that I have been billed an extra line since January 2013 and I reported the matter to Vodacom customer care. They promised they will come back to me within 24 hours of which they never did. I called after a week and was given a reference number S3-TMHAE-EOA and was told that they will give me the results if the investigation in the 9th of May 2013. I myself called on the 11 or 12 May seeking response I was told to fax some documents and I did fax and was told that they received those document s and will contact me within 48 hours I called again after that 48 hours and was told that the investigation is under way. I asked when is the due date for the investigation I was told that when they are done with it. What kind of response is that!!! From the time I called timel now it has been 2 months and to still be told when they are done.
