I don't have much space so I'll try to fit it all.

At the end of March I started having major speed and stability problems with my 8ta connection in Bellville. I checked the MyBroadBand website and found many other users complaining of the same problems in areas nearby. In April things got worse I could not work from home anymore. I logged many queries with the Telkom Mobile agent on MyBB and even had a 8ta technician at my premises who never got back to me regarding running tests on my number.

I spoke to 8ta agents but they just mumbled into the phone with no help. My connection got even worse after that and I got myself ADSL to continue my work. I've requested that my account be closed with the cancellation fee wavered as that would only be fair and it was offered to other user (s) anyway. I have heard nothing.

The whole process has been total.

Tonight I plugged in my 8ta connection only to discover that it completely does not work anymore (works fine with Vodacom). So there goes my paid for cap.

Dear Telkom, I beg you, please... just cancel my account with no penalty fees. I just can't take it anymore. Please, I just want out. Please, I ask kindly, just let me go!
