Poor Service as Usual

I have posted a report previously with regards to the very same problem. Poor internet. My business relies on a reliable internet and this connection is awful. I complained, Telkom fixed it temporarily and now my internet connection is worse than ever. I've logged a complaint on the Telkom website ages ago and still nothing.

I seriously can not work like this anymore. We pay our bills timeously, so why should we put up with such service??
