Been having problems with ADSL the last few weeks, the connection and download speed drops so low that even browsing does not work at times. I'm on ADSL uncapped. Reported it online, got an email with ref #253213 - on Feb 6. No feedback yet.

Come on Telkom. If there is a problem, just communicate with your customers. We can be patient as long as we know what is happening, and that you are working on it.

So what is happening with the ADSL? I spoke to a consultant at a local Telkom branch - he says everyone is complaining about Telkom ADSL - download speeds are bad, peer to peer doesn't work, gaming doesn't work, downloading is at a crawl...

Feedback please (by the way, the online fault reporting is not user friendly).
