Its been over 3 months that my phone is in for repairs, was given my phone back today. Still not working, reason Autopage cannot fix phone is that they dont have my password. The other 3 times this phone has been in for repairs, they never needed my password, why now. Also which person will give a smartphone password to a total stranger. No logic.

I got no problem with them resetting phone, and i start again from scratch. But handing over password is full access to my social life, my banking facilities as well as confidential business information. The attitude of Shamal as owner of business stinks. He is angry at me because i escalated the matter. Maybe if he resolved the matter in the 10 weeks he had my phone i would not have escalated the matter.

After 3 months of being given the run around you would expect proper service. The sad part is after they make the sale, you are on your own. Hope your smartphone lasts the 2 years or you are in trouble. Any lawyers out there feel that i have a case, you welcome to sue on my behalf. I just want the cost of a replacement phone. You can keep the rest. Maybe if we make an example of this company, they will start Treating Customers Fairly.
